homebody, anti-social, or just recovering from college

so its 11:30pm on a friday night and i am sitting here blogging. most 22 yr olds are out drowning themself in bottles of beer or a pretty color spectrum of mixed drinks. whats wrong with this picture? well sadly, i don’t think there IS alot wrong with it.

i figure i’ve spent the last four years at college having wild nights out on the town with my friends and now that i’m a college graduate, living at home, working on that thing called job hunting, i feel there are better things to do, or just other ways to have fun. besides, the money i’m making at my two jobs should be saved, not spent on beverages thursday-saturday nights.

now, i’m not saying i don’t enjoy a fun night out, but right now i think i’m just totally burnt out on the bar scene. hopefully i will recover soon! this little rut will do for now but theres only so many friday and saturday nights you can spend watching TLC…i’m just sayin’
